OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

1. SPONSOR

The "Bold Balance $1,000 Men’s Health Sweepstakes" (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Bold Balance LLC, located at 81 Gleneagles Way Fayetteville, GA 30215 (the “Sponsor”).

2. ELIGIBILITY

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and the District of Columbia (excluding Rhode Island) who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, and independent contractors of the Sponsor, as well as their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and household members, are not eligible to enter or win.

3. PROMOTION PERIOD

The Sweepstakes begins on November 7, 2026 at 9:00 AM EST and ends on November 30, 2026 at 11:59 PM EST (the "Promotion Period"). All entries must be received within the Promotion Period to be eligible. The Sponsor’s database computer is the official timekeeping device for this Sweepstakes.

4. HOW TO ENTER

There are two (2) ways to enter the Sweepstakes:

• Method 1: Automatic Entry via Purchase: During the Promotion Period, visit the official Bold Balance website at [www.boldbalance.co] and purchase a bottle of New Frontier. Entrants will receive 100 entry(ies) for every $1.00 USD spent (excluding tax and shipping).
• Method 2: Free Mail-In Method of Entry (AMOE): To enter without making a purchase, legibly handprint your full name, complete mailing address, phone number, date of birth, and email address on a standard 3” x 5” card or piece of paper and mail it in a standard business-size envelope with proper postage to: Bold Balance LLC, Sweepstakes Entry, Po Box 536, Fayetteville, GA 30214. Each valid mail-in entry will receive the same number of entries as the equivalent average purchase amount. Limit one (1) mail-in entry per envelope. All mail-in entries must be postmarked by November 7, 2026 and received by November 25, 2026.
• Refunds and Entry Integrity: If an entrant requests a refund, returns the purchased product, cancels their order, or initiates a chargeback for a purchase that generated entries prior to the Sweepstakes drawing, all entries associated with that specific transaction will be immediately voided. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual found to be exploiting the refund policy to fraudulently obtain or manipulate entries.

5. PRIZE AND ODDS OF WINNING

• Prize: One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive $1,000.00 USD, awarded in the form of a check or wire transfer.

• Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $1,000.00.

• Odds: The odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received through all entry methods during the Promotion Period.

6. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or about December 1, 2026, from among all eligible entries received. The potential winner will be notified via email and/or phone within forty-eight (48) hours of the drawing.

If the potential winner cannot be reached, fails to respond within 7 days, or is found to be ineligible, an alternate winner will be selected from the remaining eligible entries.

7. TAX COMPLIANCE

The Grand Prize winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with prize receipt and use. Because the prize exceeds $600.00, the Sponsor will require the winner to complete and submit an IRS Form W-9 prior to prize fulfillment. The Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC to the winner for the tax year in which the prize is awarded.

8. GENERAL CONDITIONS

By participating, entrants agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes.

9. PLATFORM RELEASE

This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with YouTube, Meta (Instagram/Facebook), or any other social media platform used to promote the Sweepstakes. By entering, you completely release these platforms from any and all liability.

10. WINNER'S LIST

To request the name of the winner, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Bold Balance LLC, Winner List Request, Po Box 536, Fayetteville, GA 30214. Requests must be received no later than thirty (30) days after the end of the Promotion Period.
